Diversity makes the IT industry as a whole stronger.  Diversity and inclusion in the complex field of IT is important to us because diversity is key to the future of technology.  Understanding of consumer and clients benefits from a broad and diverse range of perspectives.

Innovative Community Solutions has partnered organizations that support Diversity in Technology initiatives.  We currently volunteer in local schools for Hour of Code.  We also consult with our partners on lessons learned and opportunities to advance our supported initiatives.
